How do projectors cope with pregnancy?
Projectors are non energy types, so when faced with an energy draining time such as pregnancy they need to be even more careful how they distribute their energy.
Stop all non essential activities – cooking, cleaning, working (if possible) – do anything and everything within your power to preserve your energy.
Get a cleaner, get your spouse to help out, switch from office work to working from home. Many jobs will now let you work remotely at least some of the time and believe me the sheer joy of not having to get up and go somewhere at a specific time is music to the pregnant projectors ears.
Morning sickness will drain you so stock up on ginger biscuits and my particular favourite is apple and ginger juice with no added sugar.
Make everything bitesize, eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 meals. Tackle your jobs in very small bursts when your energy feels highest and take short naps of 2o minutes throughout the day.
